OUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We are shipping with Royal Mail worldwide as normal. However, please also allow up to 5 working days for the processing of orders under current conditions.

Once you receive an email confirmation from us that your order has shipped, please allow up to 7 days delivery time for UK orders, 14 days for Europe, and 21 working days for all other countries. Things are taking a little longer than usual due to the pandemic.

Europe | £10.00 | Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
Rest of the world | £15.00 | Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

WHERE WE MANUFACTURE?

We manufacture in the UK, Czech Republic and Poland. We do this to ensure good working conditions and short supply lines as all factories and production points are visited personally by JOHNMARCHANTGALLERY.COM.

RETURNS:

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund* on any unsuitable items returned back to us within 45 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in resale-able condition, with all original labels and swing tickets attached.

*Refunds exclude all shipping costs. Exchanges are only possible for items of the same value or lower.

How to return your items:

Package up your return items securely, include a short note with your name, order number and your preference for an exchange or a refund.

Post your return back to us, using your preferred mail or courier service. We recommend that you use a tracked service and insure the return for the full value of the goods as the customer is responsible until we sign for the receipt of the goods.

If requesting an exchange, remember to specify which product, colour & size you would like as a replacement.

CAN I EDIT MY CUSTOMER INFORMATION?

Yes customers can edit their saved shipping addresses and payment information.

CAN I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR PASSWORD?

Customers can only reset their password when they try to log into their account before checkout.

Customers needing to update their email address should create a new account. Customers can use the Forgot password? link to reset their password.

It is NOT possible for JOHNMARCHANTGALLERY.COM to change a customer’s email address or password on their behalf.

CAN I SAVE PAYPAL AS A PAYMENT METHOD?

No. Customers can only save credit card information and billing addresses.

CAN I CHECK OUT WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT?

Yes, logging into an account at checkout is optional. Customers without accounts can check out as a guest.

IF LOGGED OUT DURING PURCHASE PROCESS:

All orders placed with the same email address will appear in their Customer profile in the Customers panel. However, when a customer views their own account, orders placed while logged out won’t be included. Orders placed before creating their account won’t be included.
